CORE is the foundation for any next-gen deployment.

CORE is the engine for the Control4 Platform, and the foundation for any next-gen deployment. Control4 CORE Controllers were designed for residential and commercial jobs of all sizes, using Z-Wave™, and other wired and wireless options, to provide customers with intuitive device control for their AV, lighting and scenes, comfort, security and surveillance devices. CORE uses updated processors to run the Control4 Platform faster and more efficiently, orchestrating device interactions to provide personalized automation experiences, with power to spare for new features and functionality currently in development. CORE also includes better quality Digital to Analog Converters (DACs) and an increased number of audio outputs to power high-resolution audio streaming, media browsing and multi-zonal controls using the Ryff audio platform. CORE is the secured internet portal (4Sight) for remote-connections, notifications and alerts with the Control4 App on the customer’s phones and tablets. CORE is the communication server for Intercom Anywhere, connecting users through the Control4 Touchscreens, Chime Video Doorbell and DS2 Door Station, and the Control4 Apps for iOS and Android. CORE is the OvrC Hub for network monitoring, management, and remote troubleshooting capabilities. CORE 1 was built to fit anywhere, so it could add entertainment and automation experiences everywhere. Its small form factor is packed with functionality, making it the perfect solution for a fully-functional single-room system, or a room addition to an existing project. CORE 3 is the perfect fusion of multi-room audio, physical IO ports, and processing power for mid-size projects. CORE 5 is a powerhouse for any deployment, delivering the ultimate experience, coordinating hundreds of smart devices, and featuring the highest-quality audio.
